travel through the Fiordland is absolutely spectacular – many people camp here because there are no predators – bears, wolves, snakes, and other dangerous creatures don’t exist in NZ. BTW this creek was named after the guy who discovered it dog, “monkey”. The water is so clear and clean, you can drink from it.
