This is the view from Payton & Jones, a winery in Yarra Valley started by the only two students to graduate Healesville High in 1997. Payton drove his first tractor at the age of 5 and Jones started talking at age 1 and hasn’t shut up since. They spend all their nights perfecting reds in an attempt to solve the world’s problems.
