While its name reads like the bottom of an eye chart, a rijsttafel dinner is a feast not to be missed. This rice table was devised by Dutch colonizers in Indonesia and can include as many as forty side dishes like egg rolls, sambals, satay, fish, fruit, vegetables and pickles all perfectly harmonized with delectable spices.
