Elephants have the largest brain of any land animal and are considered exceptionally smart creatures. They can distinguish differences in human gender and language, can use tools, understand human body language, show empathy, mourn their dead and have extraordinary memories. And I’ll “never forget” the spectacular majesty of seeing them in the wild.
