Dumplings are a Slovenian specialty – they’re home made with cottage cheese, sour cream, fruit and nuts. They come with stew or soup, sausage and this crumbly stuff you sprinkle over everything. “Hearty” and “filling” doesn’t even come close to describing a meal like this.
