one of the best ways to experience Luang Prabang is to just walk its streets and enjoy an architecture that reflects the fusion of Lao traditional style with the colonial era. It’s a remarkably well preserved example of the blending of two distinct cultures. The sidewalks are accented with pockets of color courtesy of local produce that is grown in abundance in the surrounding fertile landscape.
