Jim Lambert visited Adelaide while on a business trip and never returned to his home state, Wisconsin. He makes wines to fit a particular mood – like “The Commitment” which was made for his son’s wedding; “A Thousand Words” for those experiences that can’t be captured in a single moment; or “The Prologue” for a perfect start before the story begins.
