Cafes generally run down both sides of a tiny street where the tables are positioned to look directly out onto the people who fill the tables on the other side. One woman told me that she and a couple of friends sat at the same table for about 5 hours and were never asked to leave – even though they didn’t order much. I’ve become a cafe slut.
