this delectible treat consisted of a unique kind of spanish cheese fried placed on toast with some kind of sauce poured over it and covered with walnuts. That’s just for starters….it was followed by the “special” – chicken, goat cheese, bacon, and caramel all wrapped up together and frighteningly good. Then there was the spinach, cucumber zest, crispy cured ham, cashew nuts in a vinaigrette…. see what I mean about tapas in Seville???
